A while back, I made a commitment to get in shape, to quit drinking coffee, to quit drinking alcohol, and to write every day. While I am still fat, I am not as fat, I dropped about 10% body fat (only 15% to go). I don't drink coffee anymore, and I write quite a bit more than I used to, so I am making progress. I still have my weaknesses, I spend too much time playing video games, I don't clean enough around the house, but I am definitely making progress.
